Returns Accepted for 30 Days
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Prior to returning any item, please contact Bear Phoenix Creations to arrange the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a shipping receipt, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
No Restocking Fee
We want your shopping experience to be seamless. Therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Exclusions
Please note that our returns policy does not apply to final sale items or clearance stock. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Adjustment for Discounted Items
If your purchase included any discounts, the return value will be subject to adjustment accordingly. The refunded amount will reflect the price after applying the discount.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Bear Phoenix Creations Ltd at returns@bearphoenixcreations.co.uk to request a return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with a copy of the original purchase receipt and the RAN.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number of days] business days.
